Incremental compilation

As soon as an ALFA file is saved with the .alfa file extension (and contains valid ALFA content), XACML files are generated and stored in the src-gen folder in the currently open project folder.

The built-in compiler will automatically generate updated XACML files every time the file is saved.

NOTE: The file must be saved with the .alfa file extension for the compilation functionality to work. No other file extensions are valid.
